Policies |

- We reserve the right to price adjustment without notice.
- Gift certificates can be used towards the purchase of any of our services or products. If the certificate is for one of our package services, it cannot be broken up. You can however use the value of the certificate towards other services or products that you want.
- We recommend booking two weeks in advance if possible. A deposit of 50% is required for any services over $100.00. We accept VISA, Master Card, debit and cash.
- A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required (72 hours for groups). If the required cancellation notice is not given, a fee of 100% of the service price will be charged to compensate for loss of time reserved for your appointment. This applies for all services and gift certificates.
- Children under 13 are not allowed in the Day Spa area.
- We do not perform ear piercing on children under the age of 8.
- Our goal is to offer a unique, refined and soothing experience that you will remember. We ask that our clientele treat the other guests with courtesy and respect while you are visiting our salon and spa.
- A trip to the spa is an experience to be savored; it shouldn't be rushed. We recommend that you allow
yourself enough time to fully enjoy it. |
